For over a decade, I worked as a chef in fine dining, sports bars, country clubs, and more. I saw firsthand how food is prepared, consumed, and valued across different settings. Then, when the world changed during COVID-19, so did my career path. I pivoted into health insurance, helping people navigate their healthcare options—yet my passion for food never faded.

Now, I still put on my chef’s hat, working privately with seniors who have strict dietary needs due to medical conditions. Cooking for them has only reinforced what I’ve always believed: the right food can heal, nourish, and improve quality of life.
